Thermitrack cameras
General specifications (All models)	Hardware Viewing area 2.3 to 4.4m square on floor typical over recommended mounting height range. Power supply : 9-15VDC, 200mA max Interface: RS422 full-duplex. (Custom options : RS232, DMX+RS232, dual DMX.) Connection : 6 way 3.5mm plug-in terminal block (plug supplied). Camden Electronics CTB92HD/6 Recommended cable : single CAT5 or CAT6 for data and power up to 20m. For longer runs, a seperate power cable or local DC supply may be required to minimise voltage drop. Resolution Thermal images : 16x16 pixels, 256 grey levels scalable from internal 4096 level greyscale with programmable filtering for noise reduction and programmable X/Y orientation flip. Tracking : 12 bit (0..4095) X/Y position resolution. Achievable resolution and accuracy will be dependent on target characteristics and operating environment. Internal software functionality Frame rate: 30 frames/sec. Baudrates 9600, 19k2, 38k4,50k, 76k8,100k, 115k2,230k4, 250k, 460k8, 500k, 961k2,1Mbaud, 1 or 2 stop bits. User-selectable data outputs can include : Tracking co-ordinates of single target. Tracking co-ordinates of all targets in view. Thermal image data Status. Data can be sent on request from the host, or configured to sent autonomously at programmable intervals, allowing the camera to be used as an 'output-only' device. Networking capability : Up to 9 cameras may be connected in a ring configuration to pass data from multiple cameras to a single serial (RS422/RS232/USB) port.

RS422 to USB interface Order code TTUSB	Interfaces Thermitrack RS422 to USB, with internal power converter to power one camera from the USB port.` USB drivers pre-configured to optimise throughput. See resources page for driver info. External power connector (2.1mm power jack) allows connection of optional external 12V power supply for running multiple cameras, or where the USB port cannot provide sufficient current (max 400mA required from USB port). Supplied with 6 way plug-in terminal block and USB A-B cable. LEDs indicate power and data. PSU not included. (recommended PSU if required Rapid Electronics stock no. 85-3112
RS422 to RS232 interface Order code TTRS232	Interfaces Thermitrack RS422 to standard RS232 9 way DF connector on PC etc. Power connection via 2.1mm power jack connector. (RS422 interface requires power even if camera is powered from elsewhere). LED indicates incoming data. Supplied with 6 way plug-in terminal block and 12V 1A plug-in power supply to run up to 4 cameras.
